Inglewood Homestead is well equipped to make your stay memorable, comfortable and fun.

Our Facilities

The homestead offers 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms with large separate bathrooms, as well as a charming, large country style kitchen a formal dining room. A large living room and Billiards room both open to outdoor living areas.

The restful interior has been decorated to reflect the homestead’s past but with modern enhancements, original native timber floorboards and wool carpets. Sumptuous, comfortable beds and beautiful cotton bed linen.

Whether you are here just for the night, or a long weekend, we have plenty of on-site facilities and activities to keep you entertained. The extensive grounds have an abundance of trees and garden spaces, and includes a heated swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months, a flood lit tennis court, BBQ and entertainment area.

The single reservation policy ensures complete privacy for guests regardless of the number of suites booked for your stay.

Living Area
The formal lounge has vaulted ceiling and is timeless and comfortable. It includes relaxing sofas, a large fireplace for winter, and a television. French doors open out onto the courtyard which is lovely in the warmer months.
Kitchen
Our elegant, country-style kitchen has every modern convenience, and is fully equipped for guests to use. It includes a large fridge, stove cook top, dishwasher and all the eating an cooking utensils required, as well as basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt and pepper.
Bathrooms
The gorgeous, newly renovated bathrooms are modern but with historic charm, feature large tiled showers, and are all stocked with toiletries and hairdryers.
Courtyards
There are a number of courtyard and outdoor seating spaces around the house. Sit in the sun and enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles.
Swimming Pool
We have a heated outdoor swimming pool which is yours to use as much as you like. The pool area is completely fenced.
Tennis Court
The large tennis court offers a great outdoor activity for your stay. Tennis racquets and balls are supplied.
Garden Areas
The grounds are quite extensive and offer multiple areas to explore. Stroll around the gardens, wander through the oak trees, or enjoy an outdoor picnic in the garden. There are also large grassed areas that are perfect for kids to run around.

Linen
All linen is provided, including high quality sheets, bed linens and towels.
Servicing & Cleaning
When you book the house we will not intrude on your space, and will not service your rooms unless the booking is for more than 7 days, or you request us to do so. We request that you please the house tidy, but a full clean is not required. We will prepare the house for the next guests.
Heating
The living area is serviced by a large fireplace in the winter months. The other communal spaces are heated by heat pumps. Each bedroom has its own stand alone panel heater to keep you toasty.
WiFi
The house is equipped with free, unlimited WiFi. Please note because we are in a rural location, the mobile reception is not always great.
Car Parking
There is plenty of space for cars to be parked on site.
Laundry
There is a fully stocked laundry downstairs with washing machine, dryer and iron which is available for guests to use.
Cot
A portacot is available for guests to use if travelling with an infant. Please let us know if this is required when booking.
Outdoor Games
We have a variety of outdoor games, such as petanque and croquet.
